End User License Agreement
Effective Date: August 6, 2026 · Version 1.1This End User License Agreement (this "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("you" or "User") and Cloud Army Network, Inc. ("CloudArmy," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Reactor™ platform applications, including the Reactor Studio desktop application and the Reactor Self Service web application (collectively, the "Software").
By clicking "Accept," creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and our AI Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
If you are using the Software on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to that organization. If your organization has a separate written agreement with CloudArmy covering the Software (a "Customer Agreement"), the Customer Agreement controls to the extent it conflicts with this Agreement.
1. License Grant
Subject to this Agreement, CloudArmy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use Reactor Studio and to access and use Reactor Self Service, in each case solely for your internal business and research purposes. The Software is licensed, not sold.
2. Restrictions
You may not, and may not permit any third party to:
- copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law;
- rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Software or access to it;
- remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or marks;
- misuse the Software, attempt unauthorized access, probe or circumvent security or authentication controls, or interfere with service operation;
- use the Software to submit unlawful, misleading, or infringing content; or
- use the Software to build a competing product or service.
3. Accounts and Credentials
Access to the Software requires an authorized account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@cloud.army of any suspected unauthorized use. Use of the Reactor platform is additionally subject to the security controls and role-based authorization policies configured for your organization.
4. Eligibility
The Software is a business tool intended for professional use. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Software.
5. Customer Data
As between you and CloudArmy, you (or your organization) retain all right, title, and interest in the data, content, and materials you upload to the Software, in the original materials you author in it, and in the test results produced for you ("Customer Data"). You grant CloudArmy a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Data solely as necessary to provide and support the Software.
Customer Data does not include the Software or the reusable materials CloudArmy makes available through it — including pre-built templates, best-practice items, library components, and science reference content (together, "Platform Materials"). Platform Materials remain the property of CloudArmy or its licensors. Including a Platform Material in your project, or composing a study, template, or deliverable from Platform Materials, does not transfer ownership of those materials to you and does not remove them from CloudArmy's libraries or from availability to other customers. Your rights in a composition extend to your own original contributions to it and to the results it produces for you, not to the underlying Platform Materials it draws on.
CloudArmy processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Customer Data is never shared between customers, and CloudArmy does not use Customer Data to train AI models without explicit consent, as described in our AI Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your collection and use of Customer Data complies with applicable law and with any obligations you owe to research participants.
6. AI Features
The Software includes optional AI-assisted features. Use of these features is governed by our AI Policy, which describes what data each feature processes, the third-party AI service providers involved, and the controls available to you — including the Sanity Agent Privacy Wall in Reactor Studio, which replaces confidential values with pseudonymous tokens before text is sent to external AI models.
AI data protections are user-controllable. If you disable them, information is sent to AI providers as entered, and you are responsible for what you choose to send. AI outputs are suggestions that require human review before use.
7. Intellectual Property
The Software, including all designs, code, copy, marks, and related materials, remains the property of CloudArmy or its licensors. Except for the license expressly granted in Section 1, no rights are granted to you under this Agreement. Reactor™ is a trademark of Cloud Army Network, Inc.
8. Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Software, CloudArmy may use them without restriction or obligation to you.
9. Third-Party Services
The Software may interoperate with third-party services (including AI service providers). Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and CloudArmy is not responsible for third-party services.
10. Updates and Changes
CloudArmy may provide updates to the Software and may modify or discontinue features. We may also update this Agreement from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the version and effective date above and present the revised Agreement for acceptance in the Software. Your continued use of the Software after a revised Agreement takes effect constitutes acceptance of it.
11. Term and Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with it. You may terminate it at any time by ceasing all use of the Software and uninstalling Reactor Studio. CloudArmy may suspend or terminate your access to the Software for breach of this Agreement or misuse of the platform. Sections 5 and 7 through 15 survive termination.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. CLOUDARMY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLOUDARMY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE SOFTWARE. CLOUDARMY'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THIS AGREEMENT WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU (OR YOUR ORGANIZATION) FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100) IF NO SUCH AMOUNTS WERE PAID.
14. Export and Compliance
You must comply with all applicable laws in your use of the Software, including export control and sanctions laws.
15. General
This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, the AI Policy, and any applicable Customer Agreement, is the entire agreement between you and CloudArmy regarding the Software. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign this Agreement without CloudArmy's prior written consent. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cloud Army Network, Inc. is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
